COVID-19 Business Updates​ - WE ARE STILL IN OPERATION


Due to Governer Walz's order, our retail store is open for appointments only. Call or email our office to schedule a time to drop off or pick up a device for service(s) at (763) 442-1180. If you wish to purchase a computer or other product(s), you may also call for pricing information and to put in an order for pick up or delivery. 

As we all continue with working from home, distance e-learning for students and essential businesses needing to stay open, we will also be providing both Remote Support Services and On-Site Support Services to our customers and clients during this time.

Remote Support Services:
This will be our first option for most services. One of our technicians will schedule you for a date and time to connect with you via phone call. From there, we will walk you through installing the proper remote software needed for us to connect remotely. Once we’ve connected, we will take temporary control of your computer and will be able to assist you with issues you may be having, including but not limited to, virus and malware removal, general system clean up, Windows 10 upgrade, VPN configurations, printer adding and troubleshooting, email issues and more. Once the session is complete, we disconnect.

Contact-Free On-Site Support:
This will be our second option if remote support isn’t viable (i.e. having trouble connecting to the internet or needs hardware replacement). You can schedule a date and time for a technician to come out and pick up your computer and/or other devices. We ask that a few minutes before the technician arrives, you wipe the items down and place them outside your front door. From there, we will pick up the items, bring them back to be repaired or upgraded and then call to schedule a return drop off.

Business Support Services:
If you are one of our many business clients that is to remain open for essential services, we are scheduling on-site appointments as we normally do. Our technicians will be sure to prioritize yours as well as their own safety by using proper hygiene protocols and maintaining a safe distance.
